Readme全是英文的，按步骤往下走到编译安装DclEhLib70.dpk时报错：Warning] DclEhLib70.dpk(5): File not found: 'c:\program files\borland\delphi7\XPMenu.dcr' 和 [Fatal Error] DclEhLib70.dpk(45): File not found: 'XPMenu.dcu'。请问何解？另外，Readme里的“After compiling run-time package you must install design-time package DclEhLibXX.BPL into the IDE.”run-time package 在哪里编译啊？
