我是一个初学者，出现了以下错误 :
1、我安装了PowerBuilder8.0后运行出错，出错信息：

单击确定后还可以运行PowerBuilder

2、可以建立表，但是建立外部关键字是出错，无法建立


注：我在安装是安装了所有的组件，并且其他的都可以运行
