JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Quantitative Developer, Cubist Systematic Strategies (Hong Kong)

About the Team:
Based in Hong Kong, a fast growing team trades a diversified portfolio of systematic strategies in the global FX and futures space.
Role/Responsibilities:
The candidate will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and lead the development efforts. The responsibilities would include
·Developing a trading platform that holds the core strategy component, inputs the market data and outputs the trading signals to brokers/markets for execution
·Developing a data recording and storage mechanism
·Developing a booking, position keeping and reconciliation mechanism
· Developing a graphic interface to monitor market/trade/position/risk
·Maintaining the system, ensuring its stability, robustness and security
·Participating the execution monitoring
An ideal candidate would have previous experience in building a full trading system from scratch. He/she would be familiar with market data, order passing, OMS and EMS components of a trading system. Previous experience on a market connectivity project would be a plus.
Requirements:
·Strong software development skills. Solid C++ or Java experience (ideally both). Knowledge of Matlab is a plus
·Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline
·At least 3 years of developer experience in a quantitative business
