智能交互与机器学习算法研究员
职责：
• 针对智能硬软件产品和自然人机交互的需求，设计和实现相应的识别、分析、推荐等智能机器学习算法
• 与其他研究、开发、设计人员合作，将算法转化为交互原型或产品
要求：
• 机器学习、模式识别等相关专业博士或硕士学历
• 精通机器学习、模式识别、大数据等相关算法
• 出色的动手能力，2年以上将相关算法应用于实际产品或交互原型的经验
• 善于与各种学科背景的人沟通合作
• 对人机交互和用户体验有良好的理解
Algorithm Researcher in Intelligent Interaction & Machine Learning
Responsibilities:
• Based on needs from intelligent hardware/software products and natural user interaction, design and implement intelligent algorithms e.g. for recognition, analysis, and recommendation.
• Create interactive prototypes or products based on these algorithms, in collaboration with other researchers, engineers, and designers.
Requirements:
• PhD or Master degree in Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, or related fields.
• Proficient in algorithms of machine learning, pattern recognition, big data etc.
• Excellent hands-on prototyping skills. 3+ years of experience in applying algorithms to products or interactive prototypes.
• Good at collaborating with people from different disciplines.
• Good understanding of human-computer interaction and user experience
人机交互研究员
职责：
• 提出和探索引领下一代人机交互的设备和产品的新概念新技术
• 与其他研究、开发、设计人员合作，将这些概念和技术转化为完整的交互原型或产品
• 为团队和公司提供人机交互方面专业的见解
要求：
• 人机交互或相关专业博士或硕士学历
• 对人机交互研究的思路和方法有深刻的理解和经验，对人机交互科研前沿有深入的了解
• 出色的动手能力、表达能力，和独到的见解
• 善于与各种学科背景的人沟通合作。
Researcher in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
Responsibilities:
• Propose and explore new concepts and technologies for next-generation interactve devices and products
• Create interactive prototypes or products for these concepts and technologies, in collaboration with other researchers, engineers, and designers.
• Provide expert advice in HCI for the team and the company.
Requirements:
• PhD or Master degree in HCI or related fields.
• Deep understanding and experience of HCI research thinking and methodology. Deep knowledge of HCI research frontiers.
• Excellent hands-on prototyping skills and communication skills, and unique perspective.
• Good at collaborating with people from different disciplines.
