1)       Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database platform on database system design, maintenance support, performance tuning and business application oriented database troubleshooting.

2)       Hands on skill &professional knowledge on database framework, security and platform capacity for new application projects and miscellaneous assignments.

3)       Familiar with SQL Server services (SSIS,SSRS & SSAS, etc.), Disaster Recovery Strategy and Load Balancing for SQL Server databases.

4)       Experience on business application support role with SQL Server as database. The support work includes but does not limit to business requirement gathering, IT solution transformation and solution delivery coordination.

5)       Service oriented manner with profound skill on people communication and resource management.

6)       Knowledge on IT SOX compliance practice is a plus.
