需要用VB2005 以维吉尼亚密码(Vigenère Cipher) 的代码!

用户者输入:

Plan Text Messege:
两者后，在listbox里面显示出：
key:
Plan Text Message:
Cipher Text:
key根Plan text Message最好可以包括 符号，数字，和大小写。

例子:
key: ABC

message: BUYIBM

显示出来就是:

key is ABC

plain text is BUYIBM

cipher text is BVAICO
