php中appserv的配置问题（apache启动不了）

下面是我在网上找的一些解决方法，都没什么用，请高人指点下是怎么回事
1、在apache安装目录里的error.log中有以下内容：
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [notice] Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) PHP/5.2.3 configured -- resuming normal operations
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [notice] Server built: Jan  9 2007 23:17:20
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [notice] Parent: Created child process 228
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [notice] Child 228: Child process is running
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [crit] (OS 10022)提供了一个无效的参数。  : Child 228: setup_inherited_listeners(), WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket.
[Mon Oct 13 12:40:13 2008] [crit] Parent: child process exited with status 3 -- Aborting.

2、在cmd里输入c:\appserv\apache2.2\bin\httpd –t 回车，下面出现Syntax OK
