关于一个简单的sql语句的一个问题

大家帮我看一下是哪错了,
sql="select * from product where title like '%"&D&"%'"
这是我输出的sql语句 select * from product where title like '%输出的字符怎么是空的' 输出的红色不风怎么会是空的呢?

就是上边的D 输出不了?

D是变量还是常量，如果是常量，sql语句写法如下
sql="select * from product where title like '%D%'"
