Position Summary:

Adobe China R&D’s Enterprise software group is looking for a talented and highly motivated QE Manager to lead the LiveCycle-Core QE team.  As a hands-on manager, this leader needs to guide a team of 15 quality engineers toward operational excellence and optimization of resources.  The current team has processes in place and executes well on project deliverables.  This manager needs to be an experienced people manager who can develop the team for growth, not only in size, but also in growth of individual team members. Some areas of focus will be automation, expansion on breadth of team’s technical knowledge, and improvement of operational processes.  This manager will need to work closely with other Adobe engineering units, primarily in North America.   Excellent English verbal communications is expected.   

Required Knowledge & Skills:

?    7+ years experience in software QE or development, with at least 3+ yrs in people management roles
?    BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
?    Minimum of 3+ yrs in Enterprise Software development Preferred
?    Experience with multiple OS platforms, multiple Application Servers and multiple Database systems
?    Proven successes in working with geographically diverse teams
?    Proven track record of securing quality for large software product releases.
?    Proven track record of successful application of QE methodology / processes / tools.  Experience with Test automation a plus.
?    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
?    Strong people management and interpersonal skills

base pay: 245-370k/year

Position Summary
We are searching for a strong Lead developer working on software development on
product. The position is mix of his/her focus 30/40/30 on project
management/design/coding and may extend the career in the future to next level as
engineering manager who works more on feature/business and people management.
Work Scope includes:
? Supports engineering manager to make project plan and offers solid support on
project implementation and execution.
? Responsible for the designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging of
