“理论与实践结合起来”用combine之类的词比较好，balance让人感觉是平衡理论与实践。
战棋游戏应该是board game。

C language is a programming language that is a widely popularity language all over the world. C lanuage has a bright future.It has the characteristic that is funcational powerful、easy in statement structure、compact、flexible to write and rich in operator and data structure. The best mothod to learn the C lanuage well is combining theory with practices. Be based on this, we should design a chess game named &lt;&lt;Chaos World&gt;&gt; with the plateform TC2.0.[em04]
