We are looking for a Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET) who is not only interested in new technologies, but also passionate about developing Test Automation to make test life efficient and easy. In this position you will work closely with peer testers, developers, program managers, and teams in Redmond to ensure the quality of the product features within the monitoring solution for Microsoft's Unified Communications platform. You will be responsible for writing test plan, design test strategy and developing test automation solutions. You will have a unique opportunity to help shape the product features and dramatically improve the overall product quality. Other responsibilities include managing vendor testers.
qualification:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in test design and implementation
? Extensive experience designing and implementing test automation in script, C# or C++
? Solid knowledge in database, SQL, networking protocols like TCP/IP, SIP
? Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
? Passionate in driving to ship high quality products on time
? Demonstrated understanding of testing methodology and process
? Proficiency working across multiple groups at Microsoft.
? Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
? A BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree required.
