[bold]Job responsibilities:[/bold]
1. To accurately analyze the requirements proposed by production team, dedicated to the efforts of requirements analysis, software high-level and low-level design of our online services and web-based products development process;
2. We may need your complete understanding on the products and your terrific communication skills to cooperate with external vendors on some software development outsourcing issues;
3. You will have responsibility to participate in part of the coding work in case of the emergent production dead line;
4. You will have responsibility to make sure the development process of yours is compliant to the company’s standards;
5. You will have responsibility to lead the maintenance and upgrade work for the products on requirements being changed and expanded;
6. Communicate with production team and testing team or any other teams need your assistance;
7. We may need you to work under pressure to ensure the production time line;
[bold]Technical background and skills:[/bold]
? Be familiar with online application systems
? Good experience in object-oriented designing and programming
? Rich experience in JSP, PHP, ASP .NET for building high reliability and scalability web applications
? Full experience in JavaScript programming, and AJAX technology to implement cool and friendly user interfaces
? Familiar with Apache, Tomcat/Resin, Microsoft IIS web servers
? Familiar with Linux, Windows 2003 Server operating systems
? Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server and MYSQL databases
? Full knowledge of uniform software development standards and Agile software development methodology
? Know how to explain design purpose in UML, preferred good practice on Rational Rose
? Necessary graphics processing skills for presenting static and animated graphical contents
? Necessary knowledge of streaming media for presenting video-class multimedia contents
? Necessary skills of Flash scripting for advertising items or simple games
