<P>Experience: <BR> 6-8 years of professional experience for Engineering specialists, in design engineering / manufacturing industry (preferably automotive component manufacturing) <BR> 3-5 years of professional experience with design engineering / manufacturing industry (preferably automotive component manufacturing) for engineering consultants.<BR>工作经验：<BR>• 工程专家：6~8年工程设计/汽车零部件制造的专业经验<BR>• 工程顾问：3-5 年工程设计/汽车零部件制造的专业经验。<BR>• 设计工程师：1-3年的CAD设计工作经验</P>
<P><BR>Expertise: <BR> Strong communication skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills<BR> Experience with CATIA, UG, VPM and other CAD packages and exposure to manufacturing process.<BR> Robustness methods, DFMEA, DVP&R and awareness of vehicle evaluation.<BR> eager to learn new tools and processes<BR>专业技能：<BR>(申请者应拥有以下所列之中的几种专业技能)：<BR>• 良好的交流/分析/解决问题的技巧<BR>• 熟练使用用于加工过程的CAD 工具，如Catia/UG/VPM等<BR>• 熟悉可靠性方法，DFMEA, DVP&R， 了解车辆评价<BR>• 渴望学习新工具和流程</P>
